The large variety of exhibitors and products at glasstec offers the trade a comprehensive overview of the latest glass products, tools and assembly and lifting aids. For years, the most important meeting place for networking and exchanging information among experts from the glass-processing trade has been the joint stand of the Federal Guild Association of the Glazier Trade. The state technical colleges are also represented here.

Participation places for EuroSkills 2023 to be won
At WorldSkills Germany@glasstec, young glaziers from all over Germany compete against each other to secure their participation for "EuroSkills 2023" at this qualification competition. The event is organised by the Bundesinnungsverband des Glaserhandwerks e.V.
Parallel to this, the reefing assembly competition of the company Hegla and demonstrations of the IFT Rosenheim will again take place.

VDMA conference on the use of hydrogen
New information offer parallel to the most important trade fair date for the glass industry: at the VDMA's Conference From Production to Application: The #P2X, experts and practitioners will exchange views on the production and use of hydrogen. The VDMA conference will take place on 19-20 September as part of decarbXpo, the new event on decarbonisation in industry. Central topics are production processes for hydrogen, applications in the energy-intensive process industries of glass, steel & chemicals, safety-related issues, transport and logistics as well as supply chains and their business cases. Tickets for the conference will be available from June.
