The Fenzi Group returns to GlassBuild America with the most extensive array of technologies for high-performance insulating glass, a unique range of solutions for mirror production and decorative paints for all types of applications – a line of products engineered to meet all the needs of the American market.
Fenzi North America, the Group’s American branch, in Las Vegas, October 18-20, 2022, will exhibit the entire line of sealants, able to reduce IG-unit production times while maintaining superior quality in the finished product. Outstanding among these is Hotver A+, a cutting-edge one-part hot-melt sealant in the Fenzi range. Popular in the US and Canada, thanks to its excellent physical-chemical properties that optimize performance of the sealant as a barrier to loss of gas from the unit while ensuring perfect adhesion, even in the smallest spaces, making it ideal for the production of high-performance energy-saving windows. Hotver A+ works perfectly in combination with Alu Pro and Rolltech warm edge spacers, a vast array of other highly innovative products that augment an IG unit’s thermal performance.
Also on display, Butylver TPS, a latest-gen thermoplastic spacer engineered specifically to work synergistically with currently available automatic applicators in order to obtain IG units with superior-quality warm edge performance, produced with the highest level of industrial automation. One-part polyisobutylene-based with integrated desiccants, Butylver TPS ensures optimal adhesion with minimal permeability, excellent rigidity and stability. Robotic application of the warm edge profile by means of TPS applicators allows millimetric accuracy in IG-unit edge production, absolute parallels and extraordinary linearity, even in glazing units with asymmetrical contours – all extremely crucial factors, above all in the production of triple glazing.
Also featured at GlassBuild America 2022: the Luxver range of chemical silvering solutions for mirrors, a family of extremely high-quality products for easy and immediate use that covers the entire mirror-manufacturing process; the Duralux line of Fenzi mirror-backing paints most widely used around the world; and the Aquaglass line of environmentally friendly paints, ideal for the production of decorative glass for interior design in homes, offices and shops.
