Created in 2024 by Abravidro and NürnbergMesse Brasil to honor brands operating in the various links of the glass chain, the Abravidro Glass South America Award is back in 2025, with the ceremony scheduled for September 3, the first day of this year's Glass South America. We now have fourteen categories, several of them new, and companies wishing to compete must register by May 16 via the award's official website.

“Abravidro is always attentive to the demands of our segment and something we noticed after the 1st edition, together with NürnbergMesse Brasil (NMB), the organizer of Glass, was the market's desire to see other links in the chain being honored. That's why increasing the number of categories was the right step to take, making the award even more inclusive and representative of the excellence of our sector,” says Abravidro's president, Rafael Ribeiro.
“Glass South America is the meeting point for the entire glass chain and nothing could be fairer than to include even more links in the award. Now is the time for companies to mobilize to compete. We'll certainly have a great time honoring and socializing at the award ceremony on September 3,” says João Paulo Picolo, CEO of NMB.
