The country is famous for its diverse beers and spirits, the majority of which are packaged in glass. As a result its glass packaging industry is ﬂ ourishing.
Mexico is home to an array of domestic manufacturers as well as global organisations such as O-I and Heineken. The world’s largest container glass plant is located in Mexico in Piedras Negras on the US Border.
Against this backdrop, Glassman is proud to return to Monterrey for the ﬁrst time since 2008 for Glassman 2020.

Future of Furnaces
