Glass Factory Property Requirements

• The company plans to establish a container glass manufacturing facility to serve South Africa’s growing wine and spirits industries. The facility will produce high-quality, high-margin bottles, positioning the company as a niche, competitive alternative to the current monopolistic supplier in the Western Cape.
• Given the project’s strong financial fundamentals and robust support from the wine industry, our capital advisory firm is confident of raising part of the required equity funding. Furthermore, banks have expressed interest to fund the debt component.

The following key milestones are necessary for the funding:

• Contractually securing or ownership of the land by the company for the facility’s construction.
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval for the project from the Western Cape Government has been submitted an approval is pending.
• Site Development and Land Use approval from the Cape Town City Council is in progress.
