Staff transfer dimensions, quantities, glass configurations, coatings or finishing processes from emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, scans and drawings into the ERP system. Lumeso automates this step.
The AI software reads and interprets the incoming documents, extracts the relevant information and cross-checks it against the company’s item and product data. The fully processed order is submitted to the administrator for review and, once approved, is transferred to the connected ERP system. This reduces the manual effort involved in order entry, whilst also minimising data entry errors and enabling orders to be confirmed more quickly.
