Stellenbeschreibung

Wir bieten Ihnen:

• Performs account receivable rollforward, detailed analysis of expense accounts as part of the Company’s year-end audit.
• Responds to external & internal audit requests
• Participates in annual physical inventory count
• Collects data for reporting profit center results
• Complies information for budget planning
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of account reconciliations as assigned
• Supports finance team by preparing ad hoc accounting reports in Excel and Power Point.
• Assist in preparing monthly invoices and processing payments for accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, respectively
• Provides administrative support including filing, copying, preparing correspondence, resolving administrative problems & inquiries

Anforderungen

Sie bieten uns:

• Economic student with major in Finance and Accounting or Economics degree.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German or Spanish is an asset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; with ability to work independently
• Will need to have a thorough working knowledge of computers, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Lotus Notes and Internet (Email and Web).
• SAP knowledge would be a plus
